Promise Program
(3-Day / 500 Mile Vehicle Exchange or Money-Back)
Within the first 3 business days or 500 miles from date of purchase, whichever comes first, the actual purchaser may return an eligible Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle to Toyota of Warren! Yes, that means if you are not satisfied with your certified Toyota of Warren purchase you can return it to Toyota of Warren within 3 business day or 500 miles from date of purchase for an exchange of another vehicle or refund of the purchase price. All eligible Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles purchased from Toyota of Warren may participate in the Promise Program.
All eligible Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles purchased from Toyota of Warren may participate in the Promise Program if returned to Toyota of Warren within the first 3 business days or 500 miles. All returns must be made during normal operating hours. The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer under, without damage or excessive wear and tear. The Purchaser will receive credit for the amounts paid toward the vehicle returned. This program is limited to one eligible Vehicle per customer for twelve month period.
